It is the month of July, as we all know it is the month of nutrition. . ."Health is Wealth" a very popular passage. It is easy to understand but hard to be done. . . Today, many of us are not aware of what we are taking in either nutritious or not nutritious food. . .

Human nutrition affect the health and lives of an individual. We are required to eat foods in order to grow, and maintain our good health. . .Without foods, our bodies cannot function well for the tasks to be done. . Eating the right foods can help us to avoid risks diseases or recover from any illness. . .Nowadays, many of us like most the street foods specially for the teenagers and we may not know where those streets foods came from. We may not also aware of the diseases that those foods may give to us. . . Nutrition is very important in processing foods. .Nutritious foods, exercise, clean surroundings, and proper hygiene result to a more pleasant healthy lifestyle. .

In order to have a healthy lifestyle and healthy body we should be aware of what we are taking in so that diseases are away from us. .And according to a writer, " The health of the people is really the foundation upon which all their happiness and all their powers as a state depend" . . . .
