" True Essence Of Christmas"

Got excited this coming Christmas? Well, this is it . . . It is a time of ornaments, red and green decorations, silver bells, holly, mistletoe and colored lights. These are the things when Christmas is coming. . . We usually hear these words constantly as we are saying million times throughout the land but then some of us didn’t know the true essence of Christmas. .

Christmas is a very memorable and special day to us to celebrate and as we all know that Christmas is the day of the birth of Jesus. . Christmas is for everyone. . When Christmas, as I observed, people are preparing for the Noche Buena and people attend the said Misa De Gallo. . . And as I observed that people shares gifts to the one they loved or to anyone whom they want to give. . . These are the things that we usually do. . But is this are the only thing that we should do to tell to the whole land that we are sharing the essence of Christmas? Well, for all I know that this are not only the things. Christmas of course is a time where it's known for GIVING, SHARING, BEING TOGETHER and it's the time for LOVE and PEACE.

Christmas is a most beautiful time of the year. It brings forth feelings of affection and warmth. A time of family and friends and of course a time for giving, sharing good memories with everybody and find some quality time to spread love and forgiveness.

Looking back on those Ancient times or period, as we noticed that Filipino people are strong and brave enough in facing challenges that comes along their way.

Today, as we all know that we are now experiencing that there is a corruption happened in our country or particularly in our government. People are strong in facing those challenges that comes along their way and they do things and not wait for the results of the problem in order for them to survive and live happily.

As time past by, there are lots of trials to be faced. As other says that we learn from our experiences. And that makes us strong.

LEARNINGS AND EXPERIENCES:

After several months, lots of experiences and learning’s or lessons I have. Lessons may not be only learned inside the school but also outside the campus. I have lots of experiences with this chapter of my life as a Senior student and there are also problems to be encountered. With this kind of topsy-turvy life, I learned to be brave enough in facing trials that comes along my road that I will walk unto.

Looking forward, I will not surrender.

Teachiong is a great and a noble profession. Teaching is a presentation of ideas and skills to the students. There is no doctors, lawyers and other profession without teacher. I salute all teachers for their undying support to the students.

Without teachers, I am not here in school, reading, writing and analizing facts and ideas. Without this hero of mine, I am not here writing and maniculating computers. Knowledge is very important. Teachers sometimes get tired in educationg or molding the youngs but they re great they did not gave up. for they loved us youngs, for they are our hero and our SAVIOR.

Science. . .Science investigate almost everything that can be observed or detected. Science develops one of the influential fields of human endeavor. As a whole science shapes living things as well as ourselves.

Today, there are lots of discoveries and inventions which lead the whole universe into a modernized. Science has profound effect on how we live. Technology was developed by the scientific knowledge for its purposes. Some forms of technology become successful that is easy to forget great scientific achievements that they represents. Scientific discoveries has positive and negative effects or impact to human. Some of the technological advances makes work and life easier and more enjoyable. Technology have also a negative impact to human like the industrial and agricultural chemicals which pollutes the environments which may result into global warming. Because of the inventions and discoveries like cars, air is being contaminated by toxic gases. This is one of the examples of negative effect.

As a whole, science played an important role in changing the physical aspect of the world and develops more. Even though it has its negative effect it also helps for the development of one's life. . . .

Filipino Language is known as the" National language " here in the Philippines and it is very important in communicating with one another. .
Manuel L. Quezon as we all know he is " The Father of National Language". August as we celebrate the "Buwan ng Wika"with the theme "Wikang Filipino mula Baler hanggang sa Buong Bansa". . . Manuel L. Quezon is native from Baler, Quezon and there it start with the Filipino language until it is known to the entire nation. . Using Filipino Language it is very important why?, because it is much easier to use Filipino as the bridge of our communication and it is to understand. . .
Pilipino's are known and identified through the language they are using. . .So, we should loved our own, used it properly, and we should respect our own language. . . .

We are now in a high tech or modern world. . . .As a student, curiosity is always there. . . .Internet is a great help to my life why because I used internet to communicate with my friends and others. . . .At the first quarter or first grading of S.Y. 2009-2010 I learned lot of informations but sometimes there are problems behind those knowledges. . . First quarter, we learned the history of internet. .At first it is very hard to memorize the years and the happenings but as time passes by my mind set free for those knowledges and learnings. .As a student, I must have to balance my time with my study, my family and my friends that makes my schedule very hectic. . . . . In facing those challenges in my life I must be brave and strong enough. . . . . . . .

Language is very important. Language used by human beings to communicate with one another. . . .Language is spoken and can be transferred by writing. . . .Most of us used English and Filipino in communicating with each other. . .

English known as "The International Language" and it is the primary language used. And it is used as their dialect in foreign countries. .In school, English is used as subject wherein the teachers teaches the students to used English as one of their dialects. . .Speaking using English is very hard or difficult as we noticed. .Because sometimes we are afraid to speak out or voice out our feelings using English and we are afraid that maybe we commit wrong grammars. . .Filipino language is known as the "Pambansang Wika". . .Here in the Philippines, it is the most widely used dialect. . .Filipino is easier than English because as they say it is easy to express one's feeling rather than using English. . .

Therefore, we should learn how to used English and Filipino. .Eventhough we commit wrong grammars we should stood up and tell at least I try and I learned from my mistakes. . .Don't be afraid to used English, so that the wrong grammars or doubts we have shall enlightened up our mind . . . .

Human nutrition affect the health and lives of an individual. We are required to eat foods in order to grow, and maintain our good health. . .Without foods, our bodies cannot function well for the tasks to be done. . Eating the right foods can help us to avoid risks diseases or recover from any illness. . .Nowadays, many of us like most the street foods specially for the teenagers and we may not know where those streets foods came from. We may not also aware of the diseases that those foods may give to us. . . Nutrition is very important in processing foods. .Nutritious foods, exercise, clean surroundings, and proper hygiene result to a more pleasant healthy lifestyle. .

In order to have a healthy lifestyle and healthy body we should be aware of what we are taking in so that diseases are away from us. .And according to a writer, " The health of the people is really the foundation upon which all their happiness and all their powers as a state depend" . . . .
